Exchange & Return Policy


Abayas and clothes cannot be returned and may only be exchanged with a gift card for the same amount within 3 days of receiving the order.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees which will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing it.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund or exchange and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). 

You can place a return request here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

ShopKerta is not responsible for your return package, the customer is responsible for tracking and monitoring it until it’s receipt by our warehouse. ShopKerta is not responsible for any losses or damages to the shipment and the customer bears full responsibility. 

Requests which are not handed over to the courier within the timeframe stated in our returns policy will automatically be cancelled.

ShopKerta shall not be responsible if the customer fails to receive his/her order from Aramex or a wrong address or contact details have been provided. Additional shipping fees may apply in the event of re-sending the item. In the event a package is not accepted by the customer and such package is returned to our warehouse, a gift card will be issued with the shipping fee deducted. 


Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Abayas and clothing cannot be returned and may only be exchanged.

Accessories (including handbags) and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or instalment orders.


When you request an exchange you must order an item with the full amount or a similar amount, if the amount is higher and due payments will be sent to you to settle before the request is approved. We cannot accept requests for cheaper items than your original order.


  • You will be charged for a return which will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is processed
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
